Tool joints of our company are turned and faced prior to heat treatment by the Quench and temper process to produce a uniform microstructure,high ductility,and other mechanical properties in accordance with API specifications.The heat treatment is done under controlled atmosphere for consistent puality.The tensile and inpact properties are verified by destructive testing of a tool joint repres .
